10 Small Changes for Health

So many times we feel like living a healthier lifestyle has to be a massive overhaul of our routines, something so daunting that it would be easier to just hide under the covers.  There are actually so many tiny ways that can really improve our health and add up to be very substantial without too much effort.  Here are 10 examples: 10 simple, easy ways to improve your health greatly. Try one or all of them or come up with some of your own.

1. Go to sleep at the same time each day.

2. Eat your biggest meal for lunch.

3. Drink water.

4. Wear your seatbelt.

5. Move your body a few minutes every day.

6. Spend time outside.

7. Cultivate laughter in your life.

8. Drink herbal or green tea.

9. Sit quietly by yourself for a few minutes each day.

10. Brush and floss your teeth, and scrape your tongue for good measure.
